  • 内容简介

To implement the guiding principles of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and to advance the modernization of China's social governance system and capabilities, it is essential to promptly summarize and promote the experiences of local innovations in social governance. This book closely aligns with the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council, as well as the spirit of speeches by central leaders. Building on the research group of the "Construction of an Information Database for Innovation in China's Social Governance Research," nearly 50 innovative social governance cases were selected based on criteria of innovation, authenticity, effectiveness, and sustainability. These cases are organized into eight sections: Comprehensive Governance, Public Services and Public Safety, Big Data and "Internet Plus," Participation of Social Forces, Grassroots Democratic Consultation, Urban Community Governance, Rural Governance, and Ecological Environment. These cases highlight the practical innovations, approaches, and measures adopted by local governments in the field of social governance in recent years, providing significant insights for advancing the modernization of China's social governance system and capabilities.
